Data you provide
The app stores onboarding answers, medication, dose, frequency, application records, symptoms, weight, measurements, activity, hydration, meals, photos, and preferences you choose to log. Your subscription status (plan and validity) is also stored.
How data is used
We use this data to personalize your experience, show history and charts, calculate goals, and create local reminders. We do not sell your health data.
Storage on your device
Your records stay on your device and are securely mirrored to the app's cloud (Firebase, servers in the European Union) for backup and sync across devices. An anonymous account is created automatically; you can link it to an email and password at any time. Operating-system backups may copy data according to your Apple or Google settings. PDF reports are created locally and only leave the device when you choose to save or share them.
Artificial intelligence features
When you use meal analysis, chat, or personalized tips, the content you submit and the health data needed to answer pass through our secure server and are processed by the OpenAI API. LipoPilot does not store chat conversations; if you rate or report a reply, that reply and the question that prompted it are stored for improvement and review. Do not submit content you do not want processed by that service.
Camera, photos, microphone, and notifications
These permissions are used only when needed for features you choose. You can deny or revoke them in device settings; the related feature may stop working.
Your control
You can edit or delete records in the app and, in your Profile, use the Delete account option to permanently erase your account and all data from the device and the cloud. Uninstalling the app removes local data only. Disabling notifications cancels scheduled reminders. Subscriptions are managed and canceled in the App Store or Google Play.
